Hello ,for further information, I can say that is a house located in La Vega, do not know if you know this village in the upper area of ??Icod de los Vinos , picturesque and quiet village in rural area. The house is situated in a privileged location, as it is one minute from the main highway linking Icod with San José de los Llanos and south of Tenerife and within one kilometer of the highway north of speedy completion . The house is solidly built , continuing astonishment of those who have had a chance to see it , and although uninhabited elapsed time remains in optimum structural conditions , and according to some experts in the field " this house will last a lifetime " they say, and of course I agree . The house consists of 3 floors, the ground floor consists of a business place, now divided into two parts but can easily leave one by deleting the partition , it was thought at first to mount a grocery actually still retains original woodwork , since I've always had the idea of doing a " guachinche " at first and then a typical restaurant. The home has the main entrance in the front are the two doors you see in the picture, and in the back there is an exit to a patio and from there to the top. You can also access the living part at first floor through a connecting ground floor door with the main staircase.
The first floor is entirely occupied the Immediate housing, just over 80m . square , consisting of kitchen , bathroom, large dining receipt and 3 bedrooms , all exterior , also has a small compartment with door for useful storage .
